Southside Ball Association is a community-based youth sports program that operates at Avondale Park Fields in Birmingham, Alabama.

Since 1953, our organization has offered sports played on a diamond field to our community's youth in a diverse environment that is unique to the Central Alabama Region. We play all of our t-ball and baseball games at Avondale Park, in the heart of Birmingham, and in the middle of the thriving Avondale Community.

Southside Ball exists to train boys and girls from all over the Birmingham area to develop character, discipline, resiliency, and sportsmanship by playing excellent baseball. Every player at every level participates in every game, and no one is turned away due to a lack of funds or resources.
